1. Project Initiation & Fees
All purchases made through our website constitute a Project Initiation Fee – this is a non-refundable payment that officially commences your creation process.
This fee is not for the final product itself; rather, it is intended to cover preparation, conceptual setup, data allocation, and workflow scheduling.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a unique Order ID.
You are required to submit your Order ID and necessary information (via email or WhatsApp) to enable our team to initiate production.
Failure to provide the requested information may result in delays or may invalidate the process without refund.

2. Production Process
Upon receiving your project details, our creative and AI departments will commence work immediately.
You will receive a preview version (which may contain a watermark or be of reduced resolution) for review prior to final delivery.
The outstanding balance (as indicated on our pricing page) must be settled before full-resolution or commercial files are released.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments, including the Project Initiation Fee, are strictly non-refundable.
Once your order is confirmed, the process commences instantly and cannot be reversed.
Refunds are not offered for:
• Change of mind
• Delays resulting from a lack of client communication
• Dissatisfaction stemming from subjective expectations
Vogena offers one round of minor revisions (e.g. small color or styling adjustments) at no additional charge.
Subsequent edits beyond this initial round will incur extra fees.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon final payment, you are granted a non-exclusive commercial license to utilize the created visuals in advertising, social media, or branding campaigns.
Vogena reserves the right to use all created works for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated visuals, concepts, and designs remain the intellectual property of Vogena until full payment is received.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of preview images or unfinished content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Vogena is not liable for:
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of the visuals.
• Misinterpretation or third-party misuse of the imagery.
• Delays due to technical issues, client inaction, or external services.
All visuals are provided "as is" without any guarantee of specific performance or measurable marketing outcomes.
